Keith Taylor  (Proprietor, IT Specialist, Trainer and Website Designer)

I am an IT specialist with appropriate accreditation who has spent considerable time in an IT help desk environment, troubleshooting for clients whose IT equipment and computers require attention.  I am experienced with the Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems and also cabled and/or wireless networking, including ADSL Broadband connections.

I am a skilled trainer with many years of experience who specialises in providing one-to-one tuition and coaching in all aspects of computing either on the Windows or Apple Mac platforms together with their appropriate software.

I am also a qualified Website designer and have a City & Guilds Level 2  Diploma for IT Practitioners (Software Developments) E-Quals qualification where I attained a Distinction in Website Design.
