Fees

Technology Resolved fees are very competitive and are in accordance with the fee structure based on the type of service required as set out below.

WINDOWS PC, APPLE MAC, IT DEVICES AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Initial callout charge* included in the set price per hour for the first hour followed by the standard price per hour for every additional hour thereafter. 

* The initial callout charge varies and is on an incremental scale for customers living within a 5 mile radius of East Coker and Yeovil, Somerset; over 5 miles but up to 25 miles; and any distances that are in excess of 25 miles.

Please note that although fees are initially set at an hourly rate, however, in the event that an issue is resolved within a set hour then the fee will be calculated to the nearest quarter hour instead of that particular designated rate.

Backup and Recovery Services for Windows PC and Apple Macs

Flat one hour locality rate but please note that there is an additional cost for an external hard drive to backup onto which is dependant on the capacity required (governed by the existing computer’s own hard drive capacity) and the needs of the customer and their requirements.
